Here in southern Maine, it feels like Mother Nature throws a switch this time of year. One day the weather is hot and summery and the next day fall is here. (And, if you live in New England, you know that winter isn't far behind!)
It's time to start thinking about fall things - leaves turning color, cool temperatures, sweaters, blankets, and, of course, __________ (knitting, weaving, crocheting, spinning - fill in the blank with your favorite fall fiber project).
This change in the weather has made me think about dyeing up some Kona superwash yarn and getting started on my holiday knitting. Can't wait too much longer - my fingers are itching to grab those needles and knit.
Hope you're thinking about your own fall fiber projects. Whether it's knitting, weaving, crocheting, spinning, or dyeing, now is the time to get the fall fiber party started!
Best,
Sue @ Catnip Yarns
